Refund Policy

At Swapnil's IAS, we are committed to providing high-quality online courses for UPSC examination preparation. We understand that sometimes circumstances may require you to seek a refund for your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines our guidelines and procedures for refund requests.

1. Eligibility for Refund

1.1. Refund requests will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you have accidentally made duplicate payments for the same course, we will refund the excess amount.

  • Technical Issues: If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course content, and our technical support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Course Unavailability: In the rare event that a course becomes unavailable after your purchase, and no suitable alternative can be provided.

1.2. Refund requests will not be considered under the following circumstances:

Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or change in your study plans.

Failure in UPSC and MPSC Examinations: We do not offer refunds based on the outcome of your UPSC and/or MPSC examination results.

For those students/aspirants who have taken admission in MPSC Comprehensive Batch - 2025 (राज्यसेवा संपूर्ण बॅच - 2025) under the 'Result Guarantee Scheme' (निकाल हमी योजना), the following conditions must be fulfilled by him/her to claim the refund of tuition fee (total fee - GST) in case of failure in MPSC Civil Services Examination:

  1. The student/aspirant must not have availed any discount offered by the institution. For example, 10% Discount is offered to the members and wards of defense and police personnel. 

  2. The total attendance of the student at classes during the duration of the batch (including the extra classes/lectures) shall be atleast 90%.

  3. All home-work and assignments given daily during the batch shall be completed and submitted to the class for evaluation on the same day.

  4. Improvements as regards to their studies and answer-writing as suggested and advised by the teacher(s) shall be adhered to and implemented by the students, without fail.

Violation of Terms: If you have violated our Terms and Conditions, you are not eligible for a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

2.1. To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team at contact.swapnilsias@gmail.com within 03 days of your purchase. Please provide the following information:

  • Your full name

  • Email address used for the purchase

  • Transaction details

  • Reason for the refund request

2.2. We will review your request within 15 business days and notify you of the decision.

3. Refund Process

3.1. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3.2. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Course Cancellation

4.1. In the event that Swapnil's IAS cancels a course, you will be entitled to a full refund of the course fee.

5. Changes to this Refund Policy

5.1. Swapnil's IAS reserves the right to modify or revise this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically.
